Notes — Our human journey starts in darkness, from the nurturing cavern of the mother’s womb, to the prison of ignorance in the instinctual body. In time, each of us must commit to the Quest of the Soul, and its threefold ascent into the Light of Inspiration and Higher Wisdom. All things in the Cosmos follow the same Threefold Model, which may be expressed as:
III. Mind/Body/Harmonization
II. Soul/Matter/Receptivity
I. Spirit/Energy/Generation.

The Musical Structure of The Three Circles follows this same 3-fold Order.

The Light of Higher Wisdom has long been personified in the figure of the Divine Mother. The true Path to this Wisdom is embodied in the Alchemical adage: Vista Interiora Terrae Rectifacando Invenies occultum Lapidum (Visit the Interior Parts of the Earth and by Rectification You Shall find the Philosopher’s Stone). The Philosopher’s Stone may be equated with the illuminating transformative power of the Solar Logos, a Mind-full Light that resides in the deepest core of our being as well as in the skies high above. In ancient times, this radiant force was known as Sol Invictus, the Invisible Sun. This Higher Genius or Sun-force became embodied in the various solar gods/heros; Horus, Mithras, Dionysos, Orpheus, Christ. And, of course, the parent of this bright power was the Divine Virgin Mother, be she named Isis, Athena, Sophia or Mother Mary. It is the Light of this Sophia/Wisdom we unknowingly seek in the heart of the Earth, as in the center of our Souls, and in the pursuit of all Love. For She calls us through every wonder of the world, from the core of our Creative Genius to the light-giving Stars above.
